Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to your use of stratnox.com and to any services provided by STRATNOX LLC ("StratNox," "we," "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or service agreement takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
Services
StratNox provides marketing services to home service and construction businesses, including paid advertising management, website design, and website optimization. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement. We do our best work for every client, but we do not guarantee specific results, lead volume, revenue, or return on ad spend, because those depend on factors outside our control.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and assets we need, and prompt feedback and approvals. You are responsible for the services you advertise, the claims you approve, and how you follow up with the leads and customers you receive.
Payment Terms
Fees are listed in your proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, management fees are billed monthly in advance and project fees are billed as outlined in the proposal. Advertising spend is paid directly to the ad platform by you or billed separately and is not included in our fees. Invoices are due upon receipt. We may pause work on accounts that are more than 15 days past due.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel ongoing monthly services with 30 days written notice, unless your agreement states a different term. Fees for the notice period and for work already completed remain due. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Project work cancelled before completion is billed for work performed to date.
Intellectual Property
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as ad creative, website designs, and copy. StratNox keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, processes, and know-how, and may display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to. Content on this website, including articles and guides, belongs to StratNox and may not be republished without permission.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only to perform the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, StratNox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or decisions made by third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, or hosting providers.
Website Use
This site is provided as is. You agree not to misuse it, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you submit, including text messaging consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
