ABOUT

Built Between The Jobsite And The Ad Account.

StratNox helps established home service and construction companies create demand, earn trust and turn more opportunities into booked work.

01Founder

Alek Wikman

I moved across the country at 17 and built my path through hands-on work. That path took me through construction and into marketing, giving me a close view of both the job being sold and the system responsible for bringing it in.

Construction taught me what a real opportunity looks like: the right project, in the right service area, for a crew that can take it on. Marketing taught me how to create and capture that demand with paid ads, websites and the systems connecting them.

That is why StratNox works across the full path. The offer has to fit the market, the campaign has to create the opportunity, and the website and follow-up have to carry it forward.

02Marketing Associate

Carson Siltala

In 2025, I joined the StratNox team and started my career in marketing. I have built and designed websites, managed Facebook ad campaigns, and created social media content for the business.

The creative side is my favorite part of the job: coming up with ideas, testing what works, and seeing them come to life. I focus on making content that feels authentic while helping businesses get more attention online, whether that is a quick educational video or something more entertaining.

Outside of work, I spend my time with family and playing hockey. I am still early in my career, but I enjoy the process, the challenges, and being able to help businesses grow.
